Three Easy Steps

We’ll keep you in touch each step of the way

Step 1: Item Description

You’ll be asked to describe each item you’re claiming for, and to attach any photos, receipts, valuations or warranties – if you have them. These are essential, so make sure you have them available now.

If you prefer, please contact us using the details below, and we will call or email you to discuss this further.

Step 2: Pricing and Approval

Once we have the item descriptions, our specialists will price each item for your insurer. We may ask suitable jewellers to quote. After pricing each item, we will recommend how your claim is settled for your Insurer to approve.

Step 3: Replacement

Our primary focus is to help you receive an accurate, like-for-like replacement for your lost or stolen items. We understand that jewellery is personal, and while we may suggest jewellers based on the jewellery being replaced you will always have the option to put forward your preference jeweller.

Why is the description important?

We base our assessment on the information you provide. The more detail you can provide about the item’s description, the more accurate our assessment will be for your claim.

How long will this process take?

Once we have the necessary information to complete an assessment, we will report to your insurance company within a few days. Most jewellery claims take 1 to 2 weeks to settle.
